We have no limitations on what you can do on the VPN as long as it doesn’t involve any criminal intent such as, but not limited to: phishing, malware, DDoS attacks, illegal threats, etc.
We believe that anyone who wishes to access the internet privately or host something behind a port-forwarded VPN should exercise common sense about acceptable usage. We are not going to monitor our users constantly. However, you are responsible for your own usage, and we reserve the right to (temporarily) suspend or otherwise limit certain parts of our services in the event of suspicious activities.
Torrenting is allowed, but please note that we are not a seedbox service. Therefore, torrenting is permitted for personal use only. If you wish to create your own media library for personal viewing and need to maintain ratio, that’s perfectly acceptable.
However, if your sole purpose is to maximize your ratio by downloading everything with autodl-irssi, it is not allowed. We do not condone the use of our service for facilitating the mass distribution of pirated material.
Please be aware: Consequently, the use of autodl-irssi or similar tools for mass downloading and uploading is prohibited under our terms of service.
Bandwidth is unmetered but not unlimited. Occasional bursts to 1 Gbps or higher are acceptable. However, consistent usage of, for example, 300-400 Mbps 24/7 is not considered fair use. We reserve the right to (temporarily) suspend or otherwise limit certain parts of our services in the event of suspicious activities.
All VPN locations are DDoS protected; however, we request that you refrain from conducting any form of bypass or penetration testing or using “stressers/booters” to evaluate the protection of our services. Doing so will only degrade the overall service for all users and waste our time. Some locations offer higher levels of protection than others, as indicated. DDoS protection on shared VPN servers operates on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed with any form of SLA agreements.
